I completely understand, and accept, my personal bias on how adorable these two are. Being their auntie is a wonderful blessing. I am so thankful that I get to see Jackson and Avery every week (hooray for Sunday Family Day after church!!!) and that my girls have cousins to grow up with. Frousins, if you will.

Little Avery, you are full of life. Rolling at, what was it… 2 weeks old?!, you are determined and ready to explore this world. There are a lot of fun adventures awaiting you. Enjoy them. Speaking of enjoyment, I am pretty sure you already know all about this. You smile so much, and I pray you always find those things in life that cause you to do so. And when the lemons come, and they will, give the sour it’s due attention, and then go right back on to smiling.

Jackson, I have learned something about you this past year. You love to play with others, but you also do well on your own. It is a wonderful quality to be able to do both, play well with others but also to enjoy some solace. Thank you for all the fun you provide for your cousin, she loves when she gets to see you. Looking at these photos of you, YOU ARE GETTING TOO OLD AND BIG! It’s happening so fast. Keep growing though. Keep learning and becoming who God has created you to be.
